    The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for project management and  creation of marketing materials, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing ROI in order to promote our products effectively in the hospital market and support our sales team.  Works closely with: marketing and sales leadership; field sales and clinical teams; the marketing communications team (graphics, web, trade shows, PR; etc.); and other key functional areas.  

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

    • Initiate and oversee the project management process for a variety of marketing programs.
    • Contribute to development of marketing concepts and creative initiatives for online, email, and print campaigns.
    • Craft content and design for print and digital flyers, emails, newsletters, and other materials.
    • Coordinate webinar program including speaker logistics, audience invitations, and vendor management.
    • Participate in writing and proofing editorial and social content.
    • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
    • Create and manage a marcom program calendar.
    • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Skills Requirements:

    • Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture.
    • Exceptional writing and grammar skills and ability to edit and revise different types of marketing content.
    • Experience creating various types of content - case studies, emails, newsletters, whitepapers, website, landing pages, blog posts, calls-to-action, video scripts, etc.
    • Experience working on several different projects/tasks at once where creativity and strategic thinking were key.
    • Strong time management skills.
    • Ability and willingness to travel 10-15%.

    Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

    • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.
    • 2 years related experience in marketing/copywriting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
