    The Associate Marketing Manager will provide marketing support for the IPR product line to drive strategic objectives. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing.




    • Assist in executing the marketing strategies for IPR products to meet sales objectives
    • Manage coordination of trade shows and attend as appropriate
    • Support sales training and travel in the field as needed
    • Manage coordination of training webinars, online learning opportunities and CE programs
    • Coordinate the development of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials with ZOLL communications team
    • Partner with the implementation team to create training presentations and tools to drive account stickiness
    • Conduct and analyze market research and program metrics
    • Assist with inquiries about products or services



    • Business Acumen – Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize data to support the development and execution of marketing strategy. Demonstrated ability to execute successful marketing programs.
    • Customer Focus - Demonstrate an understanding of how to effectively support customers at all levels, both internal and external. Must understand the business implications of decisions and must help maintain company image and reputation.
    • Teamwork – Must develop and maintain working relationships with sales, marketing, regulatory and product development teams and be willing to take the lead and drive projects to completion.
    • Organization – Be attentive to details with strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Communication – Strong written and oral communication skills a must. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in easy to understand manner.
    • Adaptability – Flexible and able to thrive in a recently acquired company that is now a rapidly growing division with dynamic priorities and challenges. Work well in an environment where no job is too small or too big.



    • MBA or BA in Business and 2-3 years of marketing experience
    • Preferred practical experience in medical device marketing
    • Ability to work effectively in remote work environments
    • Ability to achieve a technical and clinical understanding of company’s products
    • Ability to receive training in and demonstrate CPR on a manikin
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and PowerPoint)
    • Advanced Excel capabilities and related data manipulation


    • Trained according to the requirements of Advanced Circulatory’s approved training matrix (09-0435-000)
    • Attendance of select trade shows and conferences
    • Field travel with training and sales personnel



    The Associate Product Manager is accountable for his/her performance and will have sufficient authority delegated to him/her to complete the tasks and meet the objectives as defined by the Director of Clinical Marketing.
