    Mission:  To increase Continually Sales Team Effectiveness by delivering world-class skills,, product and development training to our own direct sales team and those of our business partners.

    Reporting to:  Director of Field Support


    • Deliver world-class and innovative training to Sales organization, both direct and business partners, keeping abreast of and incorporating latest innovations in adult education
    • Develop and deliver best-in-class content and materials to maximize effectiveness and engagement
    • Work in close partnership with Regional Directors and country leadership to understand their needs and ensure training offering is current, clear, aligned and highly engaging to their teams
    • Work with Marketing, Clinical and Sales Engineering to ensure training to sales teams is delivered by subject matter experts and is aligned with Marketing messaging and company mission
    • Achieve high levels of engagement with sales teams (both direct and business partners) as measured by uptake of sales training courses and manager and delegate satisfaction
    • Support sales leadership with assessment of sales team competencies, and support them in addressing skill and knowledge gaps
    • Support sales leadership by spending time in the field with both direct and business partner salespeople to help assess training requirements and promote skill and knowledge retention and implementation
    • Recruit, develop and motivate top talent to create a world-class training department
    • Drive the culture of continuous improvement in the Sales Training Department, underpinned by benchmarking, KPIs and other CQI techniques
    • Form strong and productive working relationships with other departments in ZOLL, including Sales Training colleagues in North America and Asia

    • 5+ years' experience in training medical device sales forces
    • People management – demonstrable experience of hiring, developing and motivating high performing teams of professional staff
    • Undergraduate degree
    • Working for a growth company
    • Clinical knowledge of resuscitation desirable
    • Languages – Fluency in written and spoken English essential plus at least one other European language highly desirable
