    Job Summary:

    The AED Marketing Coordinator position is a multi-faceted role requiring the ability to       multi-task and support many projects with cross-functional AED team members. This position will support the Global AED marketing team with primary support to North America Channel Marketing. 


    Essential Functions:

    • Manage and update customized partner content using the Adobe Suite, including quarterly newsletters, flyers and other existing materials.
    • Maintain and update online content portals ensuring the latest materials are relevant and available.
    • Manage the end-to-end process of channel loyalty packages and awards, charitable donations and other marketing/sales fulfillment activities.
    • Coordinate and support marketing programs and materials for channel tradeshows, annual sales meetings, training events and other offsite activities.
    • Partner on select projects with global marketing colleagues and Marketing Communications team as required.


    Skills Requirements:

    • Proven, basic Adobe InDesign and Acrobat experience along with working examples required.
    • Understanding of distribution channels preferred.
    • Self-starter with demonstrated marketing materials development collaborating with cross- functional teams.
    • Self-starter who can work independently to achieve concrete goals and meet deadlines.
    • Must be outgoing, personable and a team player willing to do whatever the job requires.


    Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates Degree required.
    • Up to 3+ years marketing experience required.


    Travel Requirement:

     Up to 10% annually
