    The senior manager will Identify and develop global markets for IPR therapy in the treatment of hypotension and low cerebral blood flow with ResQGARD ITD and CirQPOD.  Partner with research and clinical teams to develop the KOL, clinical, reimbursement and marketing strategies to successfully enter target markets.  Responsibilities include leadership of global clinical and publication strategies, KOL development, pricing, market entry strategy and ongoing therapy and market development



    • Identify and prioritize target therapeutic areas for IPR therapy to address unmet needs for hypotension and neuroprotection
    • Partner with clinical and research teams to develop and execute clinical strategies to address target therapeutic areas
    • Develop and execute market entry and market development strategies for CirQPOD and ResQGARD
    • Lead development of market education, promotion, PR, conference, publication and podium plans.
    • Establish and manage global KOL relationships
    • Align IPR and ZOLL marketing strategies and opportunities for partnership
    • Develop customer training and implementation plans
    • Support development of sales strategies
    • Conduct and analyze market research and feedback to support development of strategies



    • Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking– Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize data to support the development and execution of market and therapy development strategies. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing programs that drive results.
    • Clinical Acumen – Ability to communicate and understand complex clinical concepts and communicate effectively with clinicians, researchers and clinical teams.
    • Teamwork and Influence – Must develop and maintain working relationships with clinical, research, marketing, regulatory and product development teams and be willing to take the lead and drive projects to completion.
    • Management – Ability to manage outside resources and manage effectively in large, matrixed organizations.
    • Communication – Strong written and oral communication skills a must. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in easy to understand manner.
    • Interpersonal skills - Strong ability to build effective organizational and customer relationships
    • Adaptability – Flexible and able to thrive in a recently acquired company that is now a rapidly growing division with dynamic priorities and challenges. Work well in an environment where no job is too small or too big.



    • MBA and a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device market or therapy development or 8-10 years of medical device market or therapy development experience.
    • Experience in launching products and developing markets for disruptive medical devices
    • Experience in critical care or anesthesia preferred
    • Able to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Expected travel approximately 30-40% of the time.



    • The Sr. Therapy Development Manager is accountable for his/her performance and will have sufficient authority delegated to him/her to complete the tasks and meet the objectives as defined by the Vice President of Marketing.
