  • Overview

     

    The US Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for channel marketing strategy, tactics and support for select AED distributor partners in the US.  You will work closely with sales to execute channel marketing programs and promotions to accelerate AED growth and public adoption.  You will manage annual planning with partners, day-to-day communications with the channels and drive marketing programs, promotions and new products within the AED portfolio

    Responsibilities

    • Direct and manage all marketing-to-marketing activities between ZOLL and assigned top tier strategic distribution partners; fostering relationships to help drive the business.
    • Manage, monitor and measure distributor partner marketing strategies, programs and tactics. Partnering with sales you will be responsible for establishing the annual marketing plan for each partner and driving quarterly calendars and actions.
    • Form relationships with marketing principals across the external distribution channel and seek to determine their requirements and satisfy them with revenue generating marketing programs.
    • Drive territory specifics projects and programs to drive business expansion and growth.
    • Evaluate and measure partner marketing programs; providing regular analytics and recommendations for optimization.
    • Maintain constant contact and support to CPMs, MRs, and distributors.
    • Manage coordination and development of distributor marketing tools, trade show support, literature development, presentations and publicity activities.
    • Manage the provision of sales partnership and support to ZOLL Channel Partner Managers with regard to fact finding, information gathering, and assistance in proposal development, customer and distributor site visits, as well as customer sales calls.

     

    Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • 7-10 years marketing experience; ideally working with distribution channels.
      • Self-starter with demonstrated marketing tool/materials development working with cross functional and internal teams.
      • Strong team player, proven ability in leading and working effectively cross functionally.
      • Experience working with annual calendar of monthly programs/promo schedules
      • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation and project management skills
      • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills, including strong presentation skills

       

      TRAVEL REQUIREMENT

       

       

      • Up to 30-40% annually
