    Job Summary:

     

    Manage the day-to-day activities of the Service Contracts Inside Sales and Service Business Administration teams.  Responsible for increasing Service revenue through Service Contracts and billable repairs.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage personnel in both Service Contracts and Service Business Administration groups.
    • Work with individuals to assist in development of career potential.
    • Develop new and innovative Service Programs to increase Service revenue and profitability.
    • Work with Marketing to develop and implement service marketing tools to effectively communicate Service Programs to internal and external customers and increase revenue.
    • Provide management with monthly metrics and reports associated with Service Contracts and Business Administrative teams.
    • Assist in the implementation of Oracle projects as needed.
    • Develop and maintain processes to support department responsbilities.
    • Continually evaluate and implement ways to pick up efficiencies.
    • Manage Service Repair invoicing across divisions and within the Service Business group.
    • Maintain SOP procedures, updates, manuals and Employee Training Records.
    • Assume additional responsibilities as necessary.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Experience with computer software applications; Oracle Service, SalesForce.com, Excel and Access. 

    Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

     

    • 4 year college degree or 5 years relevant experience.
    • Sales and Marketing experience
    • Prior management experience
