    Job Summary:

    Trade Show Specialist reports directly to the Trade Show Manager. Coordinates the trade show program in the U.S.


    Responsible for managing the Resuscitation Division regional show program. Coordinating with salespeople and their managers to ensure successful execution or payment and paperwork for the regional shows. Coordinate and prepare a quarterly report for Controller of NA Sales and Trade Show Manager by market/region, quarter and dollar amount spent on regional shows.

    Attend custom shows and help with booth set up; working the show and dismantle. This Includes loading graphics on the monitors al each work station, setting up registration counter, being the primary representative at registration booth, and insuring lead  data  is  correctly collected for upload Into Salesforce and help to operate the equipment 'for shipment to show.

    Manage paperwork for small national shows. Duties Include preparing booth contract, coordinating badges for booth staff, arranging hotel reservations and working with display house on exhibit that will be  sent to the show, Arrange transportation of exhibit when needed. Track cost for show and complete show cost form to Trade Show Manager for budget purposes.

    Coordinate and manage the details for the speaker dinners for Temperature Management. This includes securing venue, catering, audio visual and making sure they are within the ZOLL policy for spending and securing payment to venue.

    Responsible for posting trade shows to the ZOLL website monthly.


    Travel 20% - 30% (US).


    Skill Requirements:

    Must be well organized, detail oriented and willing to learn.

    Need to have good written and oral communications skills.

    Experince using  Microsoft Office and Excel required.


    Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

    College Degree preferred or relevant experience.

    3-5 Years of tradeshow program management experience preferred.
