Under limited supervision, process service parts sales order shipments, procure parts for the service inventory and perform the daily cycle count program.  Complete material transactions and move customer product for final QA review.  Maintain and track depot scrap material in database, process and track material to the OEM for repair. 

Responsibilities

  • Comply with all GMP requirements.
  • Prepare sales orders for shipment and move to shipping department for processing.
  • Order parts as required for the service inventory locations.
  • Perform inventory maintenance and daily cycle counts to ensure inventory stocking levels and accuracy.
  • Process the release shelf product to next step for processing.
  • Inform Sales demo coordinator that his demo repair is complete.
  • Process OEM items back to the vendor for repair and process the returned items back to the service inventory.
  • Take the initiative to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Perform Special Projects as assigned.
  • Maintain and order shipping supplies for department from carrier.
  • Maintain the software program inventory and process software shipments to the field as required.
  • Assist in the movement of materials throughout the Repair Depot.
  • Maintain training records.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

 

  • Data entry skills; Oracle Database experience preferred.
  • Detail and organization skills.
  • 1-3 years shipping/receiving experience.
  • Shipping manifest skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
