Responsible to complete field PM's, deployments and depot related activities at the direction of the PM Supervisor in accordance with ZOLL service goals, targets and objectives. 


  • Perform preventive maintenance (PM) activities on ZOLL products.
  • Work with ZOLL depot, Support & Administration groups as it relates to customer communication, expectations and performance.
  • Perform deployment related activities such as unpacking equipment, installing accessories and testing in accordance with facility practices.
  • Secure and maintain test equipment, and comply with calibration and rotation schedule.
  • Direct report to PM Supervisor.
  • Escalate customer requests such as product upgrades, SL requests, and customer complaints, clinical application requests to the appropriate Manager (CQA Team).
  • Assume additional responsibilities as necessary at the discretion of the department Manager.
  • Software update to customer equipment as needed.
  • Annual ZOLL product training requirement of 40 hours to maintain proficiency.
  • Travel requirements of up to 75% depending on customer locations and location of the employees residence.


  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet objectives.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Experience with computers and Microsoft Office.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Two year technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Credit card in good standing for expenses related to travelling.
