Job Summary:

Responsible for performing various duties to upgrade troubleshoot and test all products sold by ZOLL Medical Corporation.

 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Work within limits of prescribed procedures to ensure accurate completion of unit recertification.
  • Compile and record test results and ensures compliance with Standard Operating
  • Perform Preventive Maintenance on ZOLL equipment and test accessories in house and at customers' site if
  • Troubleshoot ZOLL products to the board level failure or mechanical failure to determine root cause of the failure and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with established
  • Perform mechanical and software upgrades to ZOLL
  • Make recommendations to improve current procedures and assist in the implementation of new
  • Discuss technical problems encountered while troubleshooting or testing with Senior Technician or Group Leader

Qualifications

Skill Requirements:

  • Problem solving, analytical/investigative skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to read and understand diagnostic data
  • Must be familiar with the setup and use of biomedical test equipment

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Associates Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electronics
  • 1-3 years’ work experience
