    Increase Service Customer revenue by soliciting new business and retaining renewal Extended Warranty and Preventative Maintenance Service Contracts.


    • Generate reports from Oracle to identify Customer’s warranty expiration
    • Manage customers and maintain opportunities within Salesforce
    • Create contact list of customers that may need extended service contracts
    • Call existing ZOLL customer base to promote service contract business
    • Work with Customer to verify equipment list
    • Create interest by highlighting the benefits of purchasing a Service Contract
    • Advise customers on recommended warranty programs for their operation
    • Create and send quotes to the customer
    • Negotiate Contract pricing and develop the Service Contract agreement between ZOLL and Customer
    • Work with customers to administer the Service Contract for new and current contract customers
    • Secure renewals of existing Extended Warranties
    • Increases Service Contract revenue by closing new business
    • Investigate and work with appropriate department to resolve issues that impact service contracts
    • Provide management with monthly activity reports
    • Meet and exceed contract conversion rates, new and renewal revenue goals.


    • Self-Starter with the ability to exercise own judgment
    • Ability to work independently, with little supervision
    • Proven customer interface skills
    • Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
    • Negotiation skills
    • ERP systems experience, preferably Oracle
    • Contact Database experience, preferably ACT

     Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
