    Location is Europe.  Prefer candidates in the following locations; UK, Netherlands, Germany and Italy

     

    Job Summary:

    Drive EMS sales by enhancing customer satisfaction and retention in the clinical education and implementation process; where new cardiac monitor/defibrillators, AutoPulse ventilators, IPR or ZOLL CPR products are utilized. Reports to the Director of Clinical Training and Deployment

    Responsibilities

    • Customer Support: Interface with large competitive conversions and selective International EMS customers to ensure continual product support throughout both pre- and post-sale stages, as directed by management.
    • Pre-sale – Support sales and marketing teams in the pre-sale efforts
    • Presentations for large tenders
    • User training for field evaluations
    • Field ride-alongs and follow up
    • Deployment – Support key customers.
    • Equipment set-up
    • Post-sale training and development – (Classroom & field ride-alongs)
    • Post-sale troubleshooting
    • Post-sale follow-up
    • “One ZOLL” - Act as a liaison in coordinating efforts amongst ZOLL departments/personnel to ensure customer perception of “One ZOLL.”
    • ZOLL Data deployment teams
    • Field sales staff
    • Technical support
    • Marketing
    • Development - Comprehensive deployment plans created for EMS customers to include the following:
    • On-site deployment & training timelines
    • Train-the-trainer program training & curriculum
    • ALS & BLS training & curriculum
    • Post-deployment satisfaction survey
    • Assignments - Time to include:
    • 80% travel - Includes over-night stays and occasional weekends.

     

    Qualifications

    Skill Requirements:

    • EMS and Hospital based experience. Resuscitation Role preferred.
    • Clinical training experience (AHA/ERC – ALS, ACLS, PALS, APLS, 12-Lead, ETCO2, etc.) ideally at Instructor/Coordinator level.
    • Technical background: Troubleshooting capital equipment, resuscitation, product management preferred (cardiology a plus)
    • Good leadership skills
    • Strategic planning ability
    • Basic technical and clinical knowledge to speak intelligently about ZOLL products
    • Fluent in English and either German or French 
    • Intermediate computer skills
    • Knowledge of ZOLL and competitive positioning strategies
    • Ability to lift 25 pounds
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Project management and planning

     

    Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

    • Paramedic or Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the critical or emergency care setting.
    • BA/BS Degree or 5 years relevant work experience
