Job Summary

  • Responsible for the overall quote to order This includes preparation of all cutorner quotations and the process and fulfillment of Capital Equipment orders,
  • Serve as primary point of contact for sales representatives in assigned territory (s), including building relationships and managing all issues from beginning to
  • lnteract with customers and various departments regularly, e., Manufacturing, Shipping, Sales Management, Sales Representatives, Finance and Quality,
  • Responsbile for following all procedures while applying revenue recognition criteria to all quotes and orders during




Essential Functions:

  • Process Capital Equipment orders and Quotations in compliance with corporate revenue recognition policy, booking policy, Sarbanes Oxley and ISO
  • Responsible for making recommendations to Customer Support Management for questionable orders that should be identified for potential revenue rfsk or deferral while managing and resolving order issues,
  • Ownership of Capital Orders from the time of receipt through invoicing
  • Respond to Internal and External Customer phone calls, email, and mail regarding availability of product, schedule dates, shipment information, billing concerns, and or orders that require specific booking details in an accurate and timely
  • Responsible for order management reports to assure all transactions have been completed and any issues have been
  • Assist on projects as assigned and identify areas for process improvements
  • Required to work additional hours during month and quarter-end business including nights and weekends as defined by management



  • Working knowledge of the Oracle ERP system is preferred and Excel knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Organized with the ability to multi-task with strong follow-through skills.
  • Attention to detail, minimizing customer impacted errors.
  • Experience working with Federal government accounts is preferred
  • This position requires the ability to learn, retain, and apply complete knowledge of ZOLL Corporate Policies and Procedures and company-wide operation procedures (i.e. Sales Order Flow Procedures, Shipping Procedures, and Warranty Procedures).
  • Required to work additional hours during month and quarter-end business including nights and weekends as defined by management

 Required/Preferred Education and Experience:

Associate’s Degree in Business Administration preferred or minimum of two to three years of Customer Service

and Order processing experience.
