Job Summary:

Responsible for the development, technical support, driving continuous improvements and sustaining activities related to the ZOLL Agile System.  This position will also include Documentation Analyst responsibilities.  

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Agile System configuration, data architecture and monitoring of the Agile to ERP data transfer adapter
  • Coordinate Agile system updates (enhancements, configuration, upgrades and validation) with key business stakeholders, contractors and IT member
  • Implement enhancements (architecture) and configure the Agile PLM System application to achieve the desired results and maintain an upgradeable system
  • Prepare test scripts, perform system testing, validation and participate in system testing
  • Troubleshoot technical software issues and working directly with IT Technical team as needed to ensure an improved business solution
  • Liaison with software vendor to understand and anticipate future software changes and articulate the impact to the Agile team
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of data structures to assist with requested reporting needs or data questions
  • Maintain TTP log and conduct meetings to report to the Agile team the status of requests submitted by the Agile user community.  work to resolve and close assigned TTP tickets
  • Provide Agile desktop support to the user community as required resolving client issues in a timely manner
  • Research opportunities to apply the Agile system towards the solution of business issues and process improvements.  Generating and maintain system and individual metric reports
  • Provide monthly reports and Metrics of Agile related Change orders, Deviation activity
  • Work with business and IT to set strategic direction for future Agile deployments and enhancements
  • Working directly with project managers as the Documentation Liaison attached to new and continuing product development teams as assigned by the Manager of Documentation Services
  • Create and manage Change Order assignments in Agile supporting ZOLL employee and subsidiaries
  • Generate documentation (labeling, work instructions, etc...) to support project assignments
  • Other duties as required 5%

Qualifications

  • Oracle Business system experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Working knowledge of Research and Development as well as Manufacturing process, product structure, Bill of Materials (BOM's), Change Order process, Process Deviations (PDA's), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCO's), Part and Document assignment and revision control 

 

Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalence
  • Eight (8) or more year's experience with Agile PLM System as an administrator and analyst
  • Agile PLM System implementation experience
