Develop, manage and execute marketing communication programs that drive the ZOLL brand and support sales and marketing initiatives in the EMS market segments.  The product lines include, but are not limited to, monitor/defibrillators, CPR/Circulation, clinical/QA information products sold into private, public and hospital-based EMS Services.  While the primary focus of the position is North America, this individual is expected to liaise with key international marketing personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the EMS communication strategy employing a mix of conventional and digital tactics
  • Manage project flow utilizing internal and external resources
  • Development of product, market and education collaterals
  • Drive lead generation activities to feed sales development efforts
  • Update and maintain ZOLL’s EMS web presence
  • Organize and conduct market research activities, focus group and the like
  • Build annual US EMS marketing communication plan & manage related budget

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years marketing communications in a medtech-related field, agency experience a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with digital marketing programs, video production and lead nurturing
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Track record of delivered results in a matrixed organization or with cross-functional teams
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Travel up to 50% annually
  • Some international travel may be required

 

Required Education:

 

  • BS, or the equivalent
