We have an immediate opening for an Associate Sales Engineer responsible for supporting the North American EMS and Hospital Sales force through utilization of their product knowledge, technical ability, and sales experience. Associate Sales Engineers (ASE) are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. Additionally, the ASEs are heavily involved in post-sale implementation and project management. The successful ASE must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business, technical, and non-technical users. They must also be able to identify and resolve any technical challenges throughout all stages of the sales process to achieve high customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the healthcare and information technology industries. Additionally, sales and or training experience is desired. They will be self-motivated with excellent written and oral communication skills, able to forge and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Organized and analytical, the successful candidate will be able to overcome sales obstacles and resolve technical challenges through creative and adaptive approaches. They must also be prepared for extensive travel.
