Develop and implement programs that drive preference for ZOLL products (including but not limited to defibrillator-monitors, automated CPR, CPR performance and information systems) in the EMS market segment. The International Marketing Manager will bring focus to Business Partner driven markets, and liaise with marketing leaders in ZOLL subsidiaries. This individual is expected to be the international subject matter expert on EMS.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Contribute to leadership and direction of market segment strategies including, but not limited to, product positioning, pricing, promotional programs, sales incentives and tradeshows
  • Work to insure EMS Sales team in markets outside of North America can effectively communicate ZOLL’s position and unique value proposition via:
    • Marketing communications efforts
    • Sales strategy in collaboration with sales management
    • Sales training in collaboration with training manager
  • Continue to develop ZOLL’s understanding of the EMS opportunity via activities such as market research and field visits
  • Cultivate relationships with EMS KOLs in key markets
  • Collect, analyze, maintain, and appropriately communicate market intelligence and competitive files (i.e. literature, pricing, etc.)
  • Influence product management counterparts in order to insure product development efforts drive ZOLL to a customer-recognized technology leadership position
 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with medical equipment marketing/sales
  • Clinical education/experience in an emergency medicine-related discipline considered a plus
  • Demonstrated capacity for problem solving and tactical execution
  • Ability to produce results with cross-functional teams
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) along with one other European language
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication
  • Proficiency with common word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and database programs
  • Up to 75% annually on a global level 

 

Required Education:

  • BS, or the equivalent
